Over the last two decades in ministry Pastor Brady has been blessed to serve in a wide variety of ministry contexts.  His passions are preaching, praying and discipling.   While leading in churches ranging from 200 to 3,800 in weekend attendance, Brady is convinced that regardless of the congregation size there is an increasing crisis of a missing generation in our churches.  Wisehart states “The main reason we have a missing generation is not because church is boring.  While it is true, too many churches are boring; our crisis is due to a younger generation not seeing the authentic power of God in our gatherings and our lives.  It is only out of a fresh overflow of the Holy Spirit that we can reach a lost generation. ” Brady attended Olivet Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary. Brady is married to his best friend Carrie, and they are blessed with their daughter Kayden.
